When food tells your product's story better than any brochure.
When a brand hosts an event, the catering is not a logistical detail: it is an extension of the brand's identity. Product Launch Pairing is the format through which we build each course around the product: its origins, palette, materials, the maison's story. The food becomes narration, not mere sustenance.
Every event is a creative project that starts with a brief: you tell us the product, the audience, the tone. Lorenzo builds a sequence of dishes that communicates what you want to say, with the same care a creative director brings to a collection.
01
You share the product, positioning, expected audience and event tone. We need little: we deduce the rest from the brand itself.
02
Lorenzo proposes a sequence of courses with the narrative explanation of each dish: why every element tells an aspect of the launch or brand identity.
03
Selected team, refined mise en place, precise timing. The dining experience is coherent with the event's standard, from welcome to the last petit four.
Credential
Menu built around the maison's identity: elegant raw ingredients, precise technique, narrative sequence. Each course reflected an aspect of the Chanel universe, from the colour palette to the history of its materials. The food did not accompany the event: it was an integral part of it.
The "Day and Night" format, with a dual sensory soul, was born from this experience.
Board meetings, client dinners, confidential encounters. Precision, discretion, certain timings. Menus calibrated to the duration and work context.
Team celebrations, year-end dinners, welcome events. Flexible formats: family style for team building, author buffet, live stations. Up to 150 guests, teams up to 15.
