Product Launch Pairing

The menu tells the product's story.
It does not merely accompany it.

Every brand has a message. A corporate event is the opportunity to turn that message into a physical, sensory, memorable experience. The Product Launch Pairing is the method through which Avitus builds menus conceived around the product: every course translates a facet of the brand into a flavour, a texture, a gastronomic idea.

This is not catering. It is storytelling. The menu is a communication tool that guests carry home, not in an agenda, but in their memory.

Credential: Chanel Christmas Dinner.

Case study

The egg as a connecting thread:
sustainability in five finger foods.

A sustainable construction and renovation company wanted an event to attract architects and industry professionals. The central theme: sustainability. Lorenzo identified an unexpected connecting thread: the egg, which in traditional construction has long been used as a binder in mortars, and in historic restorations as a component of original building techniques.

He built a sequence of five finger foods, one for each egg source, translating a technical theme into a memorable gastronomic experience:

🥚

Hen

Hen's egg

🦆

Duck

Duck egg

🐦

Quail

Quail egg

♟

Herring

Herring roe

♟

Grey mullet

Grey mullet bottarga

Five origins, five stories of sustainable production, five conversation-starters among the professionals in the room. The event delivered: a technical theme transformed into a gastronomic experience that opened genuine dialogue.

How it works

From the idea
to the menu.

01

Brand and event briefing

Product, message, audience, occasion. Lorenzo listens before proposing anything.

02

Narrative menu proposal

The menu is presented with its own logic: why each dish is there, what it communicates about the brand.

03

Execution with full team

Selected team, precise mise en place, exact timing. The table experience matches the level of the event, from the first welcome to the last finger food.
